We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe
We provide non-clinical wellness, education, and care coordination services
We work through medical referrals, standing orders, and collaborative agreements
We support continuity of care without engaging in the practice of medicine
We partner with your existing healthcare providers to support your wellness journey
