If cost is a barrier to your care, please speak with us about:

CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER

Fees may be waived for:
• Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion

Cancellation

We understand that life happens! To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we have the following cancellation policy:

✓ 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

⚠️ LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35
• No-shows (failure to attend scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the session cost
• Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis

🔄 RESCHEDULING

• You may reschedule your appointment anytime with 24+ hours' notice at no charge
• We'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule
• Same-day rescheduling may not always be possible due to limited availability

📝 REPEATED NO-SHOWS

If you have multiple no-shows or late cancellations, we may require:
• Prepayment for future appointments
• A deposit to hold your appointment time
• This helps us ensure appointment availability for all clients

💳 FEE SCHEDULE

• Late cancellation (less than 48 hours): $35 
• No-show: 50% of scheduled session fee
• Fees will be charged to the payment method on file
